As the owner of WALLSabout™ Luxury Travel, it is my life’s mission to connect you with the wonders of our world while keeping your health and safety top priority. WALLSabout™ stands with you, and as such provides a unique policy in times of true crisis.
WALLSabout™ always strongly suggests travel insurance as there are so many ways a good policy could aid a traveler. However, there can be significant loopholes in policy coverage when a trip is cancelled due to a crisis. My stance is simple; as our client you need more protection than just travel insurance, which is why WALLSabout™ will now offer the following policy.
In the event that a crisis* prevents your WALLSabout™ trip from running, we will provide a full credit to transfer your booking to the same destination with an alternative date within 18 months of the original trip date. In other words, if your booked trip cannot run due to a crisis situation, your trip might be “delayed” but it will not be lost.** I truly hope that our Crisis Transfer Policy will bring you peace of mind if unsettling times arise, and we will travel and experience the wonders of our world together when they pass. In addition to this letter, I always welcome the opportunity to connect with you by phone to address any questions or concerns.

**For your convenience, your paid trip amount will be applied to your new trip balance, and your remaining balance due will be configured into monthly payments leading up to your new trip departure date.
